From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the size of the distillery’s charm and unique ambiance.

When You Arrive at Stillus

Upon entering the distillery, I was greeted warmly by the smiling staff who were more than willing to take me through the production process.

It was a joy to learn about how they hand-make every bottle of vodka and gin, from the use of locally sourced ingredients to the distilling process that takes place in the copper stills you can see from the main entrance.

The care and attention that goes into each batch of spirits are evident in every sip.

Our Stillus Tasting Experience

One of the highlights of the visit was the tasting we did outside on the patio where we sat looking over the field next door.

The vodka was smooth, buttery, and quite honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had!

My favorite was the Gin and the Cherry Valley Vodka.

I had a great time learning how they craft the spirits, which were made in small batches to ensure consistent quality.

I was equally impressed by the gin, which was a perfect blend of flavors resulting in a refreshing and satisfying drink.

We took home a bottle to make a martini and they are amazing too.

The visit felt very intimate as if we were part of the family working there, which made it quite meaningful.

I felt I was part of the process, and I understood how the distillery sought to source its ingredients in a way that would support and preserve the natural life of the area.

Additionally, the Stillus Craft Spirits boast an exciting list of cocktail mixes that are both classic and innovative.

I particularly loved the Vodka Martini, which was elegantly prepared with a twist of fresh lime zest- a perfect balance of elegance and simplicity.

Watching the bartender craft the concoctions was almost artistic, highlighting a serene connection between the craftsperson and the products they create.

The Patio and Inside Seating are Excellent

I love lots of seating as many times the places we visit are packed through the summer.

We were told they offer delicious perogies and can make you a craft cocktail although we didn’t eat any.
