1. Bloomfield Public House

Their steaks are cooked by open fire to perfection, juicy and aromatic, which will make you want to come back for more.

Besides the meats, they also have delicious sides, like the coal-roasted beets with goat cheese and pistachio, and the pan-roasted brussels sprouts with bacon and maple.

Well, let me tell you, the decision to choose Bermuda PEC, located on the main street in Bloomfield for the Cheeseburger was not made lightly.

We asked a few friends there have been there and countless times we heard about the burgers.

Finally, like a beacon shining in the darkness, Bermuda PEC appeared on our radar. Maybe it was their fresh ingredients or their unique blend of toppings. Maybe it was the fact that they have “PEC” in their name, which just sounds like a local place that takes cheeseburgers seriously.

Whatever the reason, we knew we had found THE spot for our beloved cheeseburger. And let me tell you, after one bite, we were hooked. Who knew that a little Bloomfield restaurant could pack such a punch when it came to burger perfection?
