The Macaulay Heritage Park is a wonderful natural area located in the Macaulay Mountain area of Picton, Ontario.

This historic site in Picton includes two buildings, including the Macaulay House, built in 1830, which is now a museum showcasing the life of Scottish-born politician and judge, John A. Macdonald.

The park has superb features such as scenic trails that weave through an old-growth forest throughout the mountain.

I’ve been to many wedding events here as it’s excellent for pictures. I fact my wedding pictures were taken here.
