Which wineries are best for couples?

Wineries best for couples list

As a long-time PEC resident, if I were planning a romantic wine tour, I’d look beyond just the wine.

The best couple-friendly wineries tend to have beautiful views, intimate tasting spaces, vineyard walks, excellent food, and plenty of opportunities to slow down and enjoy each other’s company.

My Local’s Top 3 for Couples

If I were sending a couple to Prince Edward County for only one day, I’d recommend:

  1. Closson Chase for the intimate wine-country feel.
  2. Karlo Estates for the vineyard walk and stone bridge.
  3. Waupoos Estates for lunch and waterfront views.

That combination gives couples the perfect mix of romance, scenery, wine, food, and plenty of opportunities for those “we should come back here again” moments. In true PEC fashion, the biggest challenge won’t be finding romance. It’ll be deciding who gets to be the designated driver.
